Looking forward to Davos, and looking forward to meeting some people in Basel...but no ticket yet? Has anyone else got theirs, if so how long ago...wondering if just the ineffiiciency of the global postal system?
For those first timers to this part of the world in June..pack waterproofs as it can get stormy in between the sunshine..temp should be in the mid to high 20's though, possibly even warmer

Took a ride out this morning from basel to Zurich on the a roads (3 and then 1).. 100km..took just under 2 hours through very traditional swiss towns, villages and countryside..in glorious sunshine..highly recommended, Brugge especially was nice...and rode by a place I will def stop at on the way to davos..someone's house full of Vespas and lambrettas ( well mostly Vespas and 3 what looked like li series 3s as I went by) in his front garden..if taking this route it was about ten mins outside of Zurich on the rh side of the road...
Just praying my ticket turns up in time..
