Gents, could somebody in the know please clarify exactly where and at what time in Italy the EuroLambretta is next year. there are two different events and dates being promoted so wanted to see which one the LCGB are going to be adopting.
similarly unless I missed it there was no destination announced for 2018 so please enlighten us if this is known.
regards H (mercenary sc)

I believe that Tino Saatchi was looking to do the event at Monza just outside Milan which obviously has a lot more credibility due to it being near to the old Innocenti factory.

I spoke to Tino in Germany and he implied the costs were very high to hold an event at Monza and am certain this extra event wont go ahead. Not really sure how an event at Monza has any more credibility than anywhere else in Italy just because its nearer to the old factory as theres nothing there bar a demolition/building site
The Euro in Italy is as jonashford mentions is in Adria from the 1st to the 4th of June...

You will have to wait until the new year to apply normally in January

I have been told by a good friend of Tino that an event will still be held next June at Monza. It is hoped it will be held in late June to avoid a clash with the EuroLambretta event in Adria. It will be a 70th anniversary of lambretta event and will also be, in part, a celebration of Tino's birthday!

I spoke to Tino in Germany personally and he mentioned doubt as to an extra event at Monza due to the huge costs involved and also as the Euros rely heavily on the UK contingent re numbers it wouldnt work as there would be very few from the UK either able to stay out in Italy for that length of time or return and then have another outward journey. In any case the Euro at Adria
will be in part the 70th anniversary event..

The national clubs agreed in Germany the next euro would be in Adria to celebrate the 70th year of Lambretta. In the unlikely event of there being another event in Monza it will basically a club rally; I'm sure anyone can go.
Thanks for putting the brochure up Mr G.

Is it correct, that Adria has been closed down due to tax evasion and its now Monza ?

Further, to re assure have a look on Lambretta Club D italias page, its Adria, nothing has changed.
In any case Monza was well out of the equation as the costs would have been massive and well beyond any clubs budget. Theres certainly an element that for some weird reason out to cause problems..
