This is how I bought this unfinished project some years ago.
Collected parts over some period of time ,engine parts, seat, exhaust etc.

At the time of purchase I was going to be returning to live in the UK then things changed where I live so I boxed it up after dismantling with all the parts I had bought.

So here it is now sitting on a bench in my garage, this was last yearMay or June time.

Pizza box used for template before transfering to sheet steel.

Rear mudguard is fibreglass one trimmed down to suit, rear lamp is from Aprilla Habana also cutdown in height.

Side stand is modified from standard twist and go one bought from local flea market with piece of twisted bar left over from some building job.

Not sure I like the drop bars.

Should be sturdy enough mount for rear hugger.

Rear lamp close ups.

Filler work on legshields

Cleaning up of the horn casting

My mantra was dry build dry build

Dont like the gap between tank and frame tube.

So out with the fruit and fibre cereal box for another template this time for a tool box.

Even the seat is getting modified.

It will of course be recoverd.
Pulling apart for paint.

Now ready for primer.

Slight backwards step to fabricate mounts for front brake cylinder.

Trip to local bike breakers turned up this head lamp unit.

Oh and these handle bars.

Oh I now remember why I reassembled I would not have been able to work safely on the setting up of the handle bars etc on the bench.

Dash panel mock up in cardboard.

I went with a Lambretta speedo

Front wheel got polisehd by me before painting the centre.

Blue base goes on.

Then the blue metalflake

These photos of the frame painted were taken back in March of this year (I think)
I will upload more to photobucket of where I am at now in due course.
I felt I should take/make the effort to repost for all to see after loosing so much from the forum it was the least I could do.
