Let’s hope the original owner got paid if he did.
Still not clear of the legality of ownership of some of the scooters if they haven’t been paid for. V5 doesn’t mean you own it - Signed & dated receipt does.
It will get messy & fractious.
Respect to the fella that gave his scooter back to the original owner after finding out it wasn’t paid for. I hope that others follow the same path.
