Thinking mainly metallic orange ( I like the jaguar F - type orange - my friend said its called Madagascar Orange) with metallic black detailing & deep lacquer. I fancy a custom but nothing too radical...

Just noticed the sketch on the deck beside the engine, sounds and looks great, keep the updates coming.

Are they ever happy, when it's done you'll have loads of fun riding it at comparatively less than
it costs to run the twisting one

hI,

are those footboards indian GP ones? if so the flywheel side board is a different cut to Li/sx/tv and you will have a gap between panel and footboard? just trying to help before paint goes on. ;)

Aye and watch for the front to back length of the footboards to make sure they fit under the cut outs on the
bottom of the side panels as cutting and rewelding them is a pain after they've been painted

Thanks for the info chaps

I bought them from ScooterItaliano in Italy. They were sold as remanufactured SX ones - quality ok .. I have dry fitted them and the seem to present a neat uniform gap...I had to trim the RHS floor panel end so that it doesn't get hit by the NK exhaust when at the bump stop. The panel end tips both curl around and finish under the side panels.

And as a double check the painter is going to dry fit again after blasting

So fingers crossed....

So - the parts are coming together now ready for assembly .... Here are the shiny bits fresh from the polishers - the pics don't do the mirror finish justice.

Frame and panels due back in 3 weeks...can't wait !

Hi it's nearly time to chose side panel artwork. I want a number (68) and a old Skool look. I've done some designs, current fave is 3 or 2 or 5 ! I can't decide and will probably keep changing my mind until the paint is in the gun!

Main colour will be metallic orange, black detailing and either creamy white or silver numbers...

Well for what it's worth I like no 6. Guess I will be able to see the end results as I am in Nuneaton.
