Hi here is my first scoot - originally a standard 150 series 3 . I have had it for 3 years, restored it and ridden it for 2 years. I decided to fit a GT 186 kit and found the time this weekend. Found it straight forward exercise to do - the best bit was when I kicked it over, it started - what a great sound. Took it out for a short test ride - the difference in power is unbeliveable -it's fierce compared to what I have been used too. .........can't wait for a dry day...

The kit comprised of
GT 186 Barrell & piston
GT porcupine head
42mm rayspeed clubman exhaust
dellorto 25mm carb and reed valve manifold

Nice scooter , i think you will be pleased with the GT kit ive heard good reports , ive just fitted the large block GT kit in one of mine so hoping for the same and i didnt get a badge with mine :cry:

Hi Toddy

You can get the badges fron Gran Sport in Birmingham or direct from Gran Turismo
They are pin badges - cut off the pin and use strong number plate tape to fix

The finishing touch ! A shiny GT badge now affixed to the legshield.

Might consider a disc brake in the summer after I have ridden, depending if the current brakes stop it quickly enough!!!...
