Scruffy Series 2
Posted: Thu Jul 28, 2016 8:45 amThis is my Italian 1961 S2. I was going to give it a full resto' but the folk at Urban Scooters in Birmingham said leave it alone. So after a lot of bodging around, panel bashing, touching-in and the addition of a mat and side protectors to cover up the rust, it looks reasonable from a distance. The rust has Kurust on it plus some matt clear lacquer to preserve it for future generations. It has a rebuilt engine with a GT186 so it goes better than it looks!
