Posted: Sun Feb 12, 2017 7:54 pmI got a little carries away once the powder coating came back. Along with all the profeshionally polished parts. the rebuild started in earnest.
New Beedspeed Loom, Teflon cables. 6mm foam rubber added to all connection surfaces to stop any vibrations.

Posted: Sun Feb 12, 2017 8:01 pmnew rebuilt SIL engine with a 175cc stage 4 top end, MEC crank and 30mm Deli. New seals, bearings Targa line rear damper. i didnt like the black chain case, so this got removed and sent for polishing. I still have the original engine and will rebuild at a later date.
