she was in a bad stare of disrepair. Full nut and bolt restoration was the only option.

New rear struts fitted. Damper brackets fitted to the forks.

dry build before the powder coating on the frame, tank, tool box, rear mudgard, front inner mudgard, forks, BMG airbox, seat frames, ect.

I got a little carries away once the powder coating came back. Along with all the profeshionally polished parts. the rebuild started in earnest. New Beedspeed Loom, Teflon cables. 6mm foam rubber added to all connection surfaces to stop any vibrations.

new rebuilt SIL engine with a 175cc stage 4 top end, MEC crank and 30mm Deli. New seals, bearings Targa line rear damper. i didnt like the black chain case, so this got removed and sent for polishing. I still have the original engine and will rebuild at a later date.
