I've used one of these gel pads under the seat covering in the last seat I had covered and it's a great improvement - not cheap but worth the £30 I paid

Cheers Angry Bloke ;-)

Anyone else fancy adding to this??

Been chatting with mate about these gel-pads
& he was telling how a good m8 got one fitted in a recovered seat,
Was comfy azz... But ended up at a rally with there lass rubbing sudocreme on his nappy-rashed arse!!! Ooooh nasty

What about this memory foam? Is that another option???

Cheers

From my experience it isn't the amount of foam or padding that makes a comfy seat it's being able to move your arse around on it while maintaining a comfortable riding position.

I've been using the Scootopia cut-back type on two of my scooters for several years - they have minimal padding but you can stick your bum all over it and never have an issue no matter how far you travel.
