I don't know, but why do you need to know?

This area is prone to problems/damage and there are some work-arounds depending on the issue.

Yes Martin, I didn't screw in the choke unit properly and caused slight damage to the threads. Wanted to see if I could tidy it up a bit. Cheers Paul

There is stuff about this on page 168 of Sticky's green book. He uses a hammer to give the thread a bit more grip.

I think the thread is already cut a few millimetres deeper than is required and I have seen a work-around where the top few millimetresof the boss on the carb are carefully hack-sawn off to present fresh, undamaged thread for the choke to screw into.
