I recently completed a nut and bolt resto on a Jet200 converted to SX frame, fitted with an Italian SX200 pack. It has new standard piston, rings, barrel, head. I fitted an RScoots tuned exhaust and went for a Jetex 22 carb with associated manifold etc and a carved out airscoop. Son of a bitch to start, pulls like a rocket (engine has been GENTLY run in), but overheats and stalls under heavy throttle after having been run a while. I have read since that the Jetex 22 should not be used on SX200. I,ve since refitted a Dellorto SH1/20 and although a little flat, it runs like a dream. Any advice would be welcomed as I now have a couple of hundred quid sitting on a shelf
