evo expansion pipe

Hi, folks can anyone help, ignoring all advice I recently fitted an stainless evo expansion pipe to my series 2, I have a 200 cc indian gp engine and have been running with a 25 mm phbl carb, a standard cheapo clubman style pipe without much trouble, after fitting the evo tried a few main jet changes the best being a no 96, also fitted a foam air filter instead of the original airbox set up, this improved things noisy though, the scoot runs ok but I need to be fast with the throttle, plugs a bit wet too, has anyone any ideas? cheers Al
