Jetting spec

Hi folks, after ball park jetting spec for a Mugello 186 running a 28 mil dellorto open mouthed 48 mil clubman.

Thanks scooter dude I'm well aware of there jetting chart pal, Ideally I was after some expertise off this forum, seems a tad thin on the ground though :shock:

Ok mate. One i built last year : PHBH 28, 300 float valve, 70 choke, 55 pilot, 118 main. AV266 atomiser x7 needle second from bottom clip.

Regards the cam lam site, i struggle to see how they can make the x2 needle work on a lot of those specs, just seems wildly far to rich.

I would agree with all this apart from pilot which I think is way too big. Probably start at 50 and maybe come down to 48. MUST do plug chops though at all throttle openings to be sure.

Yes lots of plug chops done, which is how we arrived at a 55 pilot, of course every build is different so yes you may well find a 48 or 50 suits yours better.
