Hello Chaps

My PC-phobic friend has a Stage 4 (whatever that means) 200 cc engine just back from a re-bore from AF-R , 30mm Dellorto, open mouth, JL3 exhaust, variotronic ignition

I'm sure many people have a similar set up - he would appreciate ballpark jetting details please as a starter for 10...

I take it that the carb is a 30mm phbh?

If so ballpark would be:-

300 float valve
118-122 Main Jet
70 choke
40 slide
50-52 pilot jet
AV266 Atomiser
X7 needle on 2nd clip from top

This is just a loose guide. Best to start rich and come down weaker if necessary. ALWAYS do several plug chops at all throttle openings.
