It really isn't all that difficult to do yourself and you can get all the parts you need at Eurocarb:-

Yes probably a good idea that, there are lots of places that will do that.

An ultrasonic bath is a useful alternative to vapour blasting.

It's a better alternative. Vapour blasting is unlikely to clear any dirty galleries. In a previous job we used ultrasonic baths to remove chemically formed glass inside tiny welded pipe manifolds. Worked brilliantly.

Thanks for the replies. Great idea plus a relative of mine has one of those ultrasonic baths.
