Does anyone offer choke lever refurbishing ?

I am unaware of anyone who does offer this service but Sticky's p209 (the Green version) tells you all you need to know to do it yourself. Sometimes the spiral slot inside is too worn out but more often than not they are okay. You can buy the brass caps separately.

It’s the spiral slot that the problem it pulls out when I open the choke and causes it to spring back shut.
As it’s an original one I was hoping to be able to save it.
The after market GP ones for sale look poor quality.
