Fuel Starvation

Guys -- What are the classic symptoms of fuel starvation from a fuel tap only supplying a thimble full (100ml) per minute?

Iy will be like it's running out of fuel all the time, stuttery but not like the stutter when it's boggy

Rich -- I should employ you as my personal google person -- I checked my fuel tap this morning on this problem carb & you'd be lucky if 100mm came out of it in 60 secs, and that was with the fuel cap off -- absolutely pathetic -- I then realised that the bike got "stutter" on the same part of the road on my plug chop route.
