Dellorto overflowing

I'm running a VHSB 39 with all new internals but on the overrun fuel is poring out of the overflows. I've stripped it and everything seems fine running a 3.5 fuel valve. The scoot doesn't leak when stood or riding under power just floods on the overrun after a blast. Any ideas?

Sounds like the float is sticking open at some point, but somebody else may have a better idea.

Sounds like it is stuck open. Can you adjust the float on that model ? You will find that a 350 will let gallons into the carb, will need a fine balance.
