Used to have one......i'd start with;

Pilot: 57
Slide: 40
Needle: X7
Atomiser: AV266
Main: 125

Obviously plug chop at different throttle positions.

52 pilot
122 main
70 choke
300 float valve
Running with a breathe sweet filter

Had one running a 48mm clubman open mouthed with a tea strainer filter -may get you somewhere near (pretty much the same as previous answers)
AV266
X7 - 2nd clip
40 slide
55 pilot
122 main
70 choke
300 float valve

Pilot: 57
Slide: 40
Needle: X7
Atomiser: AV266
135 main jet
ramair filter onto bellmouth

set up on the A64 'dyno' by Kempy

it's a bit 'bronchial' from cold and/or standing start but clears her throaght above 4k revs - just dropped needle to 2nd lowest setting (i.e circlip on next to top groove) and runs a bit cleaner

Would that not be due to the rather large Pilot Jet then Swat?

Quite possibly Rich,

I bow to Ray's experience & have left it 'as is' (for 3yrs now) I do think it does run too rich at low speeds - as evidenced by the oiled plug (BR9 ES) i had on the saturday genteel runout to Prichenstadt at the Euro. However, you know the saying "fiddle, fiddle, F**cked" so I leave carb settings well alone

I do however, still have my orange paint touch up pen !
