Coughing N Spluttering

Postby plantphoto » Mon Jul 18, 2016 9:46 pm

Had a new 30mm Dellorto set up a couple months ago on my TS1 and all was good.
Since then the engine needed new rings and crank etc fitted. I've now run things in and started to give it some beans.
However after filling up last week (premium fuel at 3 percent mix of oil) I found the scooter started to hesitate like it was short of fuel when I accelerated hard (more noticeable in 3-4th gear)
This has got worse and is due back on the rolling road this week.
I just wondered if it could be blocked main jet or if anything else I could check before the slow ride to garage.

I'd drain the carb and tank and try some different fuel.
