Looking for suggestions for a 26mm PWK on a ported 175 with expansion.
Currently running 112 main & 48 pilot with top of the clip on needle.
Starts ok, running a bit fast to keep idle.
Hesitation on 3/4 throttle, but clears up fully open.
Cheers

You'll get all the jetting sizes that other users have posted.........quite a useful table.

On my 30mm Koso (PWK) on 225 + engine I run 115 main on a slightly thicker (leaner) needle and a 36 pilot, no filter. And I am a little on the rich side.

Posted it for the chart which as Mick York says is very useful to see what others have used

I has mine jetted by Paul Baker.
24mm PWK on an RT195, main jet 108, pilot 32, JJN needle with clip at T4 (where T5 bottom position is richest)
Was still a little rich throughout, especially at idle to 1/4 throttle but those jets were the smallest I had at the time. I sourced a 25 pilot and that improved the bottom end. I had a 42mm clubman on at time, I now have a BGM clubman and this has improved the motor no end and got rid of the slight richness as it flows much better now. I am just rebuilding with new Meteor piston and have a 28mm PWK as well to put on so will get re-jetted.
For your motor the idle jet sound much too big, main should be ok as its a slightly larger throat than mine, and if you say it cleans up above 3/4.
