Right Carb or not?

Postby harps2 » Mon Apr 24, 2017 8:22 am

Hi - just picked up a new Project LI 150 special with a new 186 kit fitted and a dellorto phbh 30mm carb, I am just planning to run a std 42 mm Scootopia exhaust so my question is - Is this the correct carb or should i be looking for something smaller???

Thanks in advance for any advice/guidance

Yup, 30 sounds too big. I think a 28 would be too big too.

A Mikuni TM24 has a good reputation, though I have no personal experience.

If you want a good old reliable, fuel efficient scoot, that still bimbles along,go get a remade Sh2/22 from Scootopia jetted as per GP200.
