Posting for reference and will edit as changes occur as Im about to start running in :-)

So, Series 2, Im just a touch under 17 stone and the rest of the setup is

Engine
GT186 which has had a repair to a cracked exhaust port and has a third transfer / boost port behind the reed valve. Also just been rebored to 64.5.

Ignition
Wassell 12v dc, Indian stator, static timing at 17 degrees btdc

Squish
1.38 / 1.4mm using 1.2mm Head Gasket from MB (with stag wellseal) and 1.5mm Base packer from MB (using Threebond 1104)

Crank
60mm built with RB rod and Mec Eur webs

Exhaust
MBGM V3

Gearing
16 front sprocket, 46 rear sprocket, Li150 gearbox

Carb
PHBH 30mm with Ram Air Filter
Main 130
X13 bottom clip (richest) I expect this to change today as Im about to set up for running in.
AV268
300 float valve
Choke 70
Slide 40
Idle 50

Only got round to putting some proper miles on today, managed 50 before my bum gave out due to the new ancillotti seat, thats going to need breaking in!
Anway, only change is that ive gone up one clip on the needle, as soon as I go above quarter throttle it 4 strokes so its still way to rich, however, its acting as a limiter for now so I'll let it be. :lol:
