Fuel Flow from Tap

Need help with a tuning kit, how do you tune your scooter, which kit should I choose, and all general tuning and modifcations questions are for in here.

Fuel Flow from Tap

I was always taught to look for a "Pint a Minute" flow off my Tap for tuning but just watched a Cam Lam You Tube Video where they seem happy with a Pint flowing in 1.5 mins on their fast flow Tap

Will i be Ok feeding a TS1 230cc with a Dellorto PHBH 28ml on the One & a Half minute flow Tap?

Yeah i got a Cam Lam one, the one with the Reserve light
