SIP vape regulator output AC

My Sip vape regulator has a slight problem it's been fitted for over 1600miles it has formed a output problem on tick over it's down to 9volts ISH turn lights on and press horn and press brakes it goes down to 8 volts still on tick over and my Sip speedo goes off my tick over is set at 1300 rpm anyone with any ideas thanks
