Not seen this before!!

Need help with a tuning kit, how do you tune your scooter, which kit should I choose, and all general tuning and modifcations questions are for in here.

This is my 5 plate aprilia clutch. I presume it was an interference fit.
Do you think this can be glued using the proper loctite or should i weld it or chuck it ?

I've seen this happen, often with remade clutch sprockets.

Measure the bore & bush with something that will give you an accurate idea of the clearance. You can always press the bush out of an old knackered sprocket & check that. A vice is often adequate for the job.

If Loctite or any other good product can cope with the clearance, try it, keep an eye on it.

It's not a stressed component as in taking load from bush to teeth. All the work is done via the castellations.

Although there is a specific loctite [648] designed for interference fits like this I'm going to have it weld just to make sure.
