Disc brake

Is there a trick on how to get a disc brake to work good , mine is reversed pulled , with new sinster pad and its still pants , been other bikes and they worked really well

follow the davetomo topic above & you wont go wrong 
the main advice I'd give is use proper sintered pads from a recognised dealer, not one from Grimsby
, (Chiggy excluded from this 
) & make sure the actual disc is free running on the 3 pegs
