Need help with a tuning kit, how do you tune your scooter, which kit should I choose, and all general tuning and modifcations questions are for in here.

hi im running a mugello 186 , with a gp200 gearbox and clubman pipe , all seems well untill i hit 4th , there seems a big gap between 3rd and 4th . its a full frame series 2 , carb is 22mm . is there a differnce between italian 4 th and indian 4th gear. thanks.

In Sticky's manual it says that an Indian GP200 gearbox has a "smaller 3rd to 4th gear jump than Italian GP200 but not built as strong.Good for clutch life"

the vijay super 150 mk1 gearbox would be better, 3rd is the same as the 200 box you already have but there is 1 tooth less on the 4th gear to make it easier to pull

Absolutely correct in every detail but if the BSSO Production Class have to use the Indian 'box, they seem to be 'up there' with Group Four using 'em, so can't be that 'weak' can they?

I have used an Indian gp 200 box in my sidecar for thousands of miles without problems.
