Anyone come across a stepped rubber that will fit a 34mm VHSB MB manifold (42mm OD on manifold) and a 30mm PHBH carb.

MB don't do one, they suggested machining the manifold down to suit one of their rubbers or buy a new manifold.

Next option is go back to as standard TS1 manifold which I know you can get a rubber.

That's a 40x32, and fits the AF manifold, got one them

Looks like its a manifold change, I've got an AF and MB for the job but was hoping for an easy change of rubber.

The are vw camper rubbers that do the job but don't last long.

this any good or wrong way round ?

Martyn, cheers for that, got one of them it can't go down the the PHBH size
