As far as I can find out pilot jets are numbered in increments of 5.
I have a 20 that is a little rich is there fine tuning by a screw rather than jumping down to a 15.
Thanks in advance.

my old settings for that would be around:
pilot Jet: 25-30
main jet: 300-320
Atomiser: 107
Needle: 2D1
Slide 3.5
Will also require a shallow float to prevent fuel starvation

What pipe did you run.
Mines a micron revs to about 7.5-8k.
No issues of fuel starve.

Ran many pipes around those settings, Fresco's, Mickecks,Taffspeeds, PM Tuning and Microns, none went smaller than a 25 Pilot AF's used to advise winding the air/mixture screw all the way in(rich), but we found this was not always the case for best low throttle position/pick up etc
I recently set an Amal up on a TS 225 and it dynoed up fine with this old formula

Bit of a dilemma.
Bike has run safe for years, except for dropping the skirt off the old asso pistons woosner now fitted.
Do I ignore your wisdom and trust what I have and turn th3 airscrew out.
If I were to drastically change the jetting I would probably go for 30mm phbh as I have loads of jets and an understanding of them.

Update
Air screw was 3/4 out gone to 1 1/2.
Tick over picked up so in right direction.
Plug chops now.
