Trying to fit one of these but as the plug hole is recessed slightly the copper sensor snags on the head and won't fit properly , anyone know how to get around this problem ?

No problem, just got one myself though it’s on my list of winter jobs so not touched it yet.

Recently been given one of these by a mate as he has changed to a SIP speedo, so planning on fitting it over the winter. I think this image was posted on here a few years ago, but is the route I will be going down.Basically goes under the suppressor cap with rubber (assuming a peice of fuel pipe?) holding the sensor in place on top of the spark plug. Hope this helps and thank you to whomever posted the original picture.
