you'll need to give a little more info, atomiser, needle, pilot jet, slide, fuel inlet valve

THe short answer is yes you will definately need to adjust the jetting as the expansion pipe will allow the engine to reve higher so the main jet at least will need changing as a minimum but most likely the needle and atomiser too. Also as already suggested, you might find that the new pipe's charcteristics affects torque to the point that your final drive ratio will need adjusting too

I think you'll need to go up to around 118 on the main jet. Pilot seems big, i'd say no more than a 50. Other combinations look ok. Make sure you have at least a 300 float valve also.

You don’t say what atomiser yer using?
X7 needle is the leanest of the range so depending on ur atomiser( hopefully Av266 and not Av264) then u might need an X13
The expansion will make a vast difference on the clubman and if ur not clued up on setting carbs by ear then a dyno would be beneficial
