Intelliconverter Help

A couple of years back I fitted a intelliconvertor to my GP

However I noticed it would double the rev's on my SIP speedo
I tried everything at the time to resolve using my own electrical knowledge, and even briefly spoke with Anthony Tambs. But no luck
Out of frustration I gave up, and ended up wiring my SIP speedo directly bypassing the intelliconvertor
The Intelliconvertor is just used as two USB charging ports now

I'd like to revisit this topic now as the SIP speedo cutting in/out when revs drop at tickover is annoying

I'm using a BGM ignition with a simplified wiring loom

few questions

1: Anyone running a intelliconvertor with a SIP speedo, with the Rev's being read correctly?
2: did you originally face the double SIP speedo revs reading issue, but solved this/how did you solve this?
3: does anyone have a URL to a intelliconvertor wiring diagram?

I think you can set the RPM pulse in the speedo settings to give you the correct reading.

Thanks. I’ll look into that and report back.

Been a while, but out testing today after reconnecting the intelli-converter
No more issues with the SIP speedo dropping due to low voltage at tick over
So I’ve solved one problem

However my doubling of indicated RPM by the SIP speedo is back

Can anyone confirm the correct SIP setting for a BGM style ignition. The book says setting ‘3’ for Ducati style ignition
Which I think this is what BGM is?

I tried setting ‘1’ on the SIP but that is further out measuring the RPM than setting 3.

Try setting 6.

Thanks, will try that

I’ll need to sort a leaking exhaust stub 1st
Glad I checked why the tick over speed was going up and down
