BGM sport clubman

I was planning to buy one of these exhausts but have a few queries.
If anyone has been running one of these exhausts, could you please advise me as to whether
1 ) With it exiting under the footboards, is the noise ok / acceptable when you are static / in slow traffic?
2) With it exiting under the footboards, at low speeds / when static do the exhaust gases disperse / or tend to be in your face?!
3) Does the exhaust give good ground clearance?
Cheers

Tiny bit more noisy under the floorboards
Depends on which way the wind is blowing while stationary other than that you hardly notice
Ground clearance is good, better than a Jl Curly although still advise caution on high kerbs n sleeping policemen

Interesting since it’s free flowing more than the V4, what engine was it gassing up on ?

Thanks for the replies -much appreciated. I will most likely be fitting a BGM sport exhaust and I'll repost when it has done some miles.

Late 2021 came onto market and had been tested for nearly a year before release

Fitted my BGM clubman on saturday, and gave it a little ride to check it out.
Overall its much less "poppy" than the JL3 it replaced and quieter.
It gives a spread of power lower down the rev range, so is easier driving round town and in traffic.
Little bit of extra noise from under the floorboards but nothing excessive.
