Piston identification help needed

Postby phil23fair » Fri Mar 04, 2022 7:35 pm

I bought a second hand iron lined TS1 kit which now needs a rebore. The existing piston crown is marked 70.45 diameter and 19413-4. There doesn’t seem to be any other identification marks. Can anybody help me with what the make of this piston is please

That would be a grade "A" piston for a 70.50mm bore.
Is it a 16mm or 18mm gudgeon pin and whats the crown height? (centre of the pin to the top of the piston wall)
If you could post some photo's then someone on here will probably recognise the make or suggest some good oversize options.

It’s a 16mm gudgeon pin with a 39mm crown height. It’s also got W665-T cast inside the crown. I don’t know how to post pictures on the forum and I don’t have time today but I’ll investigate and see if I can get some up tomorrow
