Fitting new rods to crankshafts?

The Lambretta crankshaft when new the crank pin has an interferance fit of 0.007" of an inch in the crank webbs.
Which is to give the pin enough resistance to help it hold the crank assembly together in use.
This resistance means it usually takes somewhere around 4 ton's to press the standard Lambretta assembly together.
My question....
And I know it's about Vespa's so forgive me please!!!
It's a big ask, but would anyone on this forum know or have the correct figures for a small frame standard 125 vespa crankshaft assembly, both the interference fit and expected press pressures.
Anyone
