scootopia manifold clearance

Tried fitting a jetex 22 onto a scootopia 22 manifold (small block spacing on inlet) and theres no room as its too close to the engine mount???? The cylinder is alloy iron liner small block 200 kit(196cc) is it the scootopia manifold at fault or inlet position on cylinder.......any ideas/ solutions be welcome.

Depending how close it is to engine mounting is it possible to elongate the back hole on the manifold to swing it away s bit ?
