I love it. It has a nice close set of ratios. However you don't get any thing for nothing. I'm using it in my iron barrel 225 Gp with a Clubman and 22 Dellorto through a standard airbox. It achieved 71.4mph on the David Blyth mad mile. The drawer back is that to get a good top gear ratio means you have a high first gear. I find I have to slip the clutch a little more than normal in order to get going.

Thanks for your reply Pete, i run a Mugello186cc Chiselspeed tuned,28mm Dellorto, Ancillotti pipe. Its just i have to give it some throttle in 3rd before i go into 4th or else she bogs down.Col

Got one in my sx running stage 4 af 175 got to say it flys compered with same set up on my s2 but the 2 is laden with accessories

Just removed a Cyclone 5 speed to put a Pacemaker gearbox in my TS1

i was thinking of changing from a LI150 Pacemaker to an Italian LI150 but, from the response from you gents, i am sticking with the Pacemaker.Thankyou.

Is the "stronger" third gear a straight replacement for the "weaker" one or are there other factors I haven't thought of yet?
