RB25 Inlet/Piston Ring Peg

Need help with a tuning kit, how do you tune your scooter, which kit should I choose, and all general tuning and modifcations questions are for in here.

RB25 Inlet/Piston Ring Peg

RB25,triple or mono,I think that both have similar inlet port,
at BDC,is the ring peg (rind end) of the second ring (closer to gudgeon pin) exposed?
