Whats the ideal tickover degree setting for an Augusto 600 fitted to a 225 mugello 26mm dellorto jl3 pipe?

Something like 22 degrees but it is important to check that it retards fully to 16-17 before it hits 6k rpm

Mine is around 23 at tick over and it retards to about 16/17 at 6000rpm. Nice to have a tacho because you can see how it works through the rev range. At 5000rpm, probably the speed I normally cruise at my timing is just under 19 and I am happy with that.
I have revved it whilst strobing way beyond that to 8750 and it holds at 16. Nice to know that it's not going to revert back !
