Hi , just wondered if anyone had an opinion on the best oils to use with this clutch , a post on FB suggested that the sae30 oils would perform better than the st90 . Or that's what I think they are getting at . Just wondered if anyone had any input or experience of what is the better .
Regards James

I use 30 in mine with an LTH 7 plate clutch. The plates are apparently Honda CR80 moto X. I remember reading that the a
AF cassette clutch plates are also motorcycle derivative so probably be good to use. I think the best thing to do is ask AF and if you are changing clean the plates off and make sure you don't mix so at least you know what you got in there and whether it's working right.

Hi, I'm using SAE 30 Vespa gear oil in my TS1 with AF 6 plate clutch. This was advised by the engine's builder and I've not had any problems
