Ts1 panel won't go on

Need help with a tuning kit, how do you tune your scooter, which kit should I choose, and all general tuning and modifcations questions are for in here.

Hi just had full af ts1 fitted all from Af rayspeed only trouble side panel won't go back on phbh delly fitted didn't want hole in panel is there anything I can do or do I just have to put a hole in panel cheers for any help merry x mas

did you tell AF that you wanted it to fit under the panel ? as they do do special stubby manifolds to allow this

If you use a short carb mounting rubber (MB do them) it might be possible to get the panel on with a GP style bellows and RAM type filter but as the previous poster said, you really need to plan for it and fit something like the LTH manifold and maybe a Mikuni, PWK or a flat slide Delly all of which are shorter carbs

I run a 34 vhsb on MB manifold with no cut out on GP panel, same on SX, carbs have machined fronts. There's not much clearance but no running issues.

Would have thought a phbh would have fit no problem even on a standard af manifold - has the carb got a plastic screw on/off bellmouth?
