Need help with a tuning kit, how do you tune your scooter, which kit should I choose, and all general tuning and modifcations questions are for in here.

Hi
May I ask if anyone can recommend someone I could commission please? I lack the skills to swap some stator parts on to a different back plate & also change a boss on a flywheel, check it is balanced, magnetised etc. I have all the donor parts but such tasks are not dissimilar to brain surgery in my eyes!
Hope I'm not breaching any forum rules, sorry if I am.
