Need help with a tuning kit, how do you tune your scooter, which kit should I choose, and all general tuning and modifcations questions are for in here.

Has anybody gone down this route yet. If so, what did you end up with in respect to gearing and exhaust and torque curve on a dyno.

I've read all the stuff on SLUK and Rimini site and it all sounds very interesting, in respect to touring with a well thought out casing. And before anyone starts, nothing wrong with my touring Monza or TS1

my thoughts. can these cases be fitted with the front sprocket cush drive? I was not sure they could , hence they built a new clutch/sprocket with the cush. if so that will be a significant extra cost.

i think they still use the original cush drive at the front as well, the cush drive in the clutch is aimed at protecting the next week link in the chain, the gearbox, ive just made one myself for the very same reason, high bhp engine, weak lammy box, its going to break, the idea is the clutch cush will help to cushion the shock to the gearbox during gearchanges.
