Casa185, ancelloti, delly28, gp200 gearbox, ram air filter, 47x18 set up... not pulling much beyond 90kph..
55 mph ish.. was hoping for nearer 65 top end. (110 mph)... any thoughts? Top end was taffspeed tuned/dynoed years ago but only 4000 miles on it since, plug colour good (b8) and squish spot on

(110 mph)... any thoughts? get an Indian speedo if you want them results

presume you mean 110kph
Anyway........
stuck rings would be worth a look at....maybe try it without the filter (plug chop it when filter removed !!).
65mph might be a bit optimistic with a clubman exhaust (without a spot on set up/blueprinted/etc), would have thought an expansion would be a better option if you want 65ish

You say it was dynoed years ago,was it faster when you rode it after the dyno ? I have a Casa 185 and to be honest the top speed isn't very fast, but they do have a lot of torque.

I had it running at a steady crushing speed of 60mph ( gps) on my li150 with std 150 box and
bigger front sprocket.. same exhaust card, exhaust etc put rt kit on that and moved casa to
125 lynx.. reved fine but no top end so changed out gearbox etc to gp200 set up per Rimini web site
And no change, rings were fine on changeover
Thanks for advice

Likewise, top speed was not much more but it got there quicker.

Did you measure the ring gap? 4k miles is about the right time to change them antway

At 4K, the piston has seen its best use by date as well.
