What's the distance between the centres?
Mito Lambretta did a flange mount manifold with horizontal flange holes. It's 60mm between the centres.

Two inches for an amal (centre to centre).
I have a stub adapter that can be clamped on a 38mm O/D manifold.

British bikes suck as BSA, Triumph, Norton used Amals and some had an ally spacer block between the barrel and the carb. They should be fairly easy to source and could be welded to a standard manifold.
