Yes, that's why I was asking, without intending to patronize. We all have varying knowledge and experience.
If you're looking for similar timings to standard then a 5mm packer is not really what you want with a 60/110 crank. Unless the casing face has been cut back possibly.
However, I was wrong earlier when I said 2mm; that will reduce exhaust timings. Scooterdude is correct with 3mm. Top one is another matter really as it depends on the head machining and target squish. But generally you'd need 1mm more than with a standard crank.
5mm could give quite a peaky ride potentially.
