Sort of lost touch with recent developments in the small block world.
Looking for fast tourer. In a s1.
Prefer nicasil over iron
What's about.

Thanks Med how did you get on with the RT..
What was it's spec.
I'm quite interested in the ss200 as as a tourer.
Had experience of the Lydenn hill 225 and was shocked how well it behaved under the most extreme circumstances.

I like mine- easy to ride, pulls well up hills and zips along nicely.
60x110 crank- BGM exhaust, 30 mil carb, just shy of 18 hp.
Can't fault it.

My Rt is similar to meds but with a 62mm crank (not worth the hassle tbh)
in extreme conditions varying from blistering heat, pouring rain, mountain passes, altitude, motorways and country roads it has been faultless. I know everyone has thier favourites but its performance, rideability and fuel consumption are excellent.

Wait for the Quattrini 210 kit for small block. Chiselspeed bolted one on with no further tuning and got great bhp and torque figures at low revs, with their own "Tour" exhaust. It needs a 58 x 116 crank and it'll need it's own specific exhaust, of which Chiselspeed is the only supplier at the minute.

Cheers Corrodo.

That's the sort of thing
I've read so many write ups on new kits they all sort of merge.
Is this the one that the trans match a big block and the studs match a small block so a late Indian or Spanish case required?

Looks like it, or some welding up required or go onto a longer rod and use the packer plate to blend the two together?

Looks very interesting Chisel speed didn't have an issue with the gasket face.
