Speedo drive replacement

I'm looking to replace the speedo drive and worm on my s2. I have searched the forum but I can't find a "How too". There's not a lot of info and in stickys book. Is there a step by step topic anywhere?

Don't whatever you do try to fit new bearings without the speed drive ring in place.

1. Carefully grind the old one off at one spot till it splits
2. Gently tap the new one on

Not much more to it than that
