Finished but not quite my series 3LI now a 175....Happy generally with the result engines runs well, thanks to a good rebuild job carried out by Harry Barlow, rear end and panels look good...less than happy with the front end .
I re used the mud guard and leg shields both a bit bent and battered but look ok ish with paint but having seen the work put in to some of the scoots at the Southport rally I really need to go the full hit, bite the bullet and get some new/better bits for the front end.
Question is from where .....is the Vietnamese stuff any good? Are there any suitable pattern parts available?
Need some direction please ladies and gents.

Get someone to recommend a decent local panel beater. Certainly, they should be able to sort the legshields unless they are rusted badly. Front mudguards are harder to sort if the scooter has been in a front end shunt but there are lots of decent remakes around.
